resources involved well understand the clients need
before starting the effort. During this phase, the project
is formally agreed upon, staffing begins, and investè
team meets in preparation for the Client Kick-Off meeting.

The planning
phase begins with a client kick-off Meeting to bring
the parties together to create an understanding of work
required. investè will then create detailed project
plans, while project resources begin working on activities
that are ready to start. This phase concludes with the
review of the project Definition Document, which describes
the project in detail and how it will be managed, tracked,
and measured for success. |
